The décor is striking and still feels connected to nature and art, but the traffic noise outside is a bit annoying—though that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

The location is amazing, the room is fully equipped, the staff are friendly, and it sits right in the center of Ubud’s palace area while still being quiet and relaxed; everything is very clean—I’ll definitely return.

A great pick—just imagine staying in a palace! The only downside was that the breakfast was a little cold.

The location inside the palace is fantastic, and you can watch free night dances and enjoy the palace alone in the early morning; the interior, contrasting with the traditional entrance, is modern and comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

The building is spotless, centrally located, and especially scenic. It’s great to sleep inside the palace; behind our bed we had a window overlooking the fish‑topped fountain, and the evening water sounds were soothing. The staff were very kind. No issues.
