“Hôtel propre, mais manque de services de base (poubelle, papier toilette)”

We spent three nights at this 3‑star hotel from 8 to 11 October in rooms 264, 265, and 268, and overall the place was clean, well‑located, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning staff never entered to replenish toilet paper or empty the overflowing trash bin, forcing me to throw garbage on the floor. I understand linens aren’t changed daily, but basic services like those were missing. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that the issue will be resolved, because I intend to stay here again.
