What struck me most was how clean the place was, the spot‑on location, and the warm reception staff who were welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable; seeing the hotel owner on the last day was a pleasant surprise that made it even more memorable, and overall everything was perfect.

The hotel is luxurious and upscale, located on Zayed Street, clean, and the staff are helpful; I requested a late checkout and they agreed, which I appreciated. Honestly, there are no nearby services—no supermarket, pharmacy, or laundromat—so if you have a car it's fine, but I never tried their breakfast.
