I stayed only one night, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the place. If you’re looking for something central and close to everything, I recommend it; it’s just a few meters from the ADO, the beach, and the ferry. I appreciated being welcomed at almost 1 am, and the front‑desk lady was very friendly and even suggested places to eat. Because it’s so central, you can hear some noise, but the night I spent wasn’t too loud. The only thing that bothered me was that the bedroom door didn’t have an extra lock or key inside, so I didn’t feel entirely secure, but it’s something that could be improved.

“Un hogar para relajarse, todo es muy tranquilo”

It’s a place to relax and enjoy the wildlife; I loved seeing the different little animals, and all the messages posted on each tree stay with you. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no breakfasts.

“Relajación total”

Everything was very quiet; if you want to rest and disconnect, it’s a 10/10, plus the wildlife is a bonus with various species. The only downside was that there were no breakfasts, which honestly was what prevented me from enjoying it even more, but otherwise I loved it.

“Posizione perfetta per girare i dintorni di Playa del Carmen, tranquilla e pulita!”

Excellent location, just steps from the sea, the ADO bus station, and the ferries to Cozumel. The property is very quiet and well‑maintained, surrounded by greenery and silence despite being near 5th Avenue. Our room was very spacious, basic but comfortable, with air conditioning and a TV. The bathroom was equally spacious. The Wi‑Fi was weak in the room and needs improvement. The property and rooms would benefit from a general refresh and modernization.
