“Good value for money”
The staff were very friendly, the food delicious, and the pool fantastic. The place might look and feel a bit outdated here and there, but the rooms are spacious and clean. Don’t let that hold you back from booking; it’s great value for money.
This place is a real gem, located right on the river and offering breathtaking views. The welcome is top-notch, and the breakfast is incredibly generous - you won't find a more filling breakfast in the region. It's a shame this place isn't more popular, because it's definitely worth a visit.
The pool area was seriously impressive - it was huge and had loads of comfy loungers. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. But what really stood out was the staff - they were so friendly and attentive, it felt like they were going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
This place was a real gem - the rooms were super comfy and the breakfast was top-notch. I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be a great spot.
“A somewhat nice place, but the facilities are poor”
The natural beauty of this place was stunning, and the food was amazing - we loved the Sinhala dishes. However, the beds were basically concrete slabs, which was a real issue for our backs. To make matters worse, there were no towels, and the mosquitoes were a nightmare. The pool was also grossly dirty, and some areas were pitch black because of missing light bulbs. Not to mention the ancient electrical plugs.
