An appreciation for the only lady who is the receptionist which is a professional and help to hold my luggage after check-out till my late afternoon departure and always provides me with a complimentary coffee with her unstoppable smile in every stay at Doga Residence for the last 4 years. Buffet breakfast which is without a cold or hot meat cuts and less variety of fruits

This hotel was in a fantastic location, within walking distance to shops and the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I had some issues with the air conditioning, which made a loud noise and kept me awake at night. I also had to turn it on sometimes because the room was quite cold.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. On the one hand, the hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. The air conditioning in my room was malfunctioning, and despite my repeated requests, a technician never showed up on time. Moreover, I was disrespected by one of the receptionists who spoke about me in a derogatory manner in Turkish, assuming I didn't understand.

I was blown away by the style and décor of this hotel, which was truly unique and charming. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The hotel was also in a great location and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. I had a truly relaxing stay and would highly recommend it.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing, except for the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had several issues, including a strong smell of cigarettes throughout the premises. The bathroom was not clean and had a persistent odor, and it seemed impossible to get it cleaned. The breakfast was also underwhelming, feeling more like what you'd expect from a three-star hotel. Overall, I was left feeling that this hotel falls short of expectations.
