“Christmas night away”

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway at this hotel, with a lovely dinner in the restaurant despite the busy atmosphere. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful roll-top bath that was a lovely touch. The landlady was friendly and welcoming, and it was great to speak to the chef after dinner to express our appreciation for the delicious meal. However, there was a minor mix-up with our room booking, but it was quickly resolved and didn't spoil our stay.

“Pleasant but over priced for experience”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by an uncomfortable bed with springs that were too prominent. However, the location was convenient and made up for the issue to some extent.
