The location is amazing, right under the mountain, with a large, beautiful area, a chairlift, and the Shypot waterfall within walking distance. The on‑site restaurants are great, especially the Borscht restaurant. Overall the hotel feels cozy and has everything you need: heated pools, slippers, robes, and all the toiletries in the room.

The new cabins have fresh beds and robes, and the one‑time spa visit is pleasant. However, the cabins lack ventilation; smoke from the kitchen and boiler room drifts into the rooms up the hill. You can’t sleep with the windows open because of the morning smoke, and you can’t close them because there’s nothing to breathe. The spa is decent for a single use, but breakfasts and a varied menu are missing. The Shypit waterfall is nearby, but the fun lasts only about 10 minutes. The reception shows no understanding of where to direct guests, and there’s nothing to do for more than a day. The village has minimal infrastructure. Suddenly, without notice, construction started under the building (from 10:00 to 18:00) and lasted all day, and the reception was unaware of it.

The location is great, the food is tasty, and overall the impression is positive. For the relatively low price of the chalet, even ordering food to the chalet costs 100 UAH for delivery. The price only includes parking and movie viewing. I would have liked a slightly higher level of service.

The spot by the waterfall is beautiful, the grounds and accommodation look nice, the restaurants serve good food, there’s a fish restaurant, and the new spa is spotless. Overall a wonderful experience! We’ll go again! It would help to add more information on Booking about breakfast (it’s separate in the restaurant at an extra fee), the spa (extra fee), and dogs (no more than 5 kg; I called several times to find out the rules). I’d also like to be able to bring a medium‑sized dog—this is the biggest additional wish. The request for a baby cot was also ignored. Taking comments into account would improve the experience for anxious guests. Thanks!
