The staff were really helpful and approachable, taking my bags when I arrived early after an overnight sleeper bus and again on the day of departure, allowing me to leave them for several hours without issue. I ended up extending my stay and was kindly accommodated in the same room. The room was clean and comfortable, bikes were available for rent, and the hotel is a short walk to Hoi An’s old town—ideal for those who want a quieter spot yet still close to the buzz.

The room was super clean, the staff wonderful, and the breakfast very good. The accommodation was well‑located with bike and scooter rentals available, and the city is easy to bike around (no steep roads). I fully recommend it!
