The staff were very polite and helpful! You could order pastries and drinks at the bar as a complimentary perk, which was a big plus. The room was dirty, and we only noticed the bedding hadn’t been changed when we saw white spots on the pillowcase in the middle of the night. That was just disgusting. The bath mat was old and stank. The bathroom needed cleaning. I mentioned the cleanliness issue when we checked in, but no one came. Later I asked at reception. The cheap shower head was also broken, but they fixed it while we were there. After that, they stopped responding.

The staff tried to help. The building is connected to a photo studio and is VERY loud. The bathtub is unusable because hot water only lasts 5 minutes. They also charged 100k dongs for bathroom gel without warning.

This hotel no longer exists; it is a scam. Another establishment has taken its place, and despite informing us that the hotel is fully booked, they have failed to honor their commitment to cancel our reservation without incurring any charges for the past week.
