The room was spotless and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, though the location was very busy yet still easy to get to and from.

the front staff, they were friendly for most part. We were there for 6 days, the room was cleaned the 2nd day, we informed staff that we had to use majority of the towels to keep floor dry, shower curtain was to short causing water to get everywhere, room wasn't cleaned until we asked the day before we left, damp towels on the floor, garbage full until we made the request

“Meet our needs for the purpose of our trip.”

Breakfast was decent, with fruit, oatmeal, and alternative milks; more whole‑grain breads would have been appreciated, and they welcomed our dog, but the decaf coffee tasted bad and there was no decaf available in the room.
