No breakfast, location okay. There was no tea stuff & no kettle in the room, also the hot water seemed to be limited as the water got cold during showering.

I'm still trying to process how this hotel managed to get everything so wrong. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in for a treat, but unfortunately, that was short-lived. The hotel failed to meet my expectations in every single way - the welcome was lacking, the service was subpar, the comfort was non-existent, and I didn't feel safe or secure. It was a truly disappointing experience that left me feeling uneasy.
