Hilfsbereites personal, auch verständnisvoll für das ändern eines Zimmers, da es nach Rauch gerochen hat. Lange Wartezeit für das Essen im Restaurant. Sehr einfach und schlicht gehalten für ein 5-Sterne Hotel
