The place was pretty peaceful and the staff were kind, but Buffalo PD walked into our room looking for something, guns out in front of my children.

The check‑in staff seemed nice, yet the room was very run down and unclean, with water leaking from the floor; breakfast was very lacking, only slices of bread, stall cereal, and fruit cups were offered.
