“dans l'ensemble j'ai apprécié mon séjour qui a été agréable je recommande”

Petit déjeuner super bien garni avec divers choix salés et sucrés à volonté, mais il n’y a pas de vrai café à la place; il y avait des sachets lyophilisés, même un café turc aurait été appréciable.

“Great stay with friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and convenient location.”

Overall, we had a great stay! All the hotel managers and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours a day. Omar was especially great, and the entire hotel team provided excellent service and assistance. We needed ICE, SALT and RIDES all arranged very well. The location was convenient, about a 12-15‑minute walk to Taksim Square, the metro, and bus stops also to local restaurants—Lider Kabab (best in fresh kababo and hot bread to eat). Breakfast was also good and sufficient. Thank you to Omar and the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! We did not notice any major issues during our stay. However, there was some noise coming from the pipes at night from badroom, possibly due to high water pressure. Improving the plumbing and maintenance would help ensure a quieter and more comfortable stay without disturbing guests. Providing a dedicated parking lot for hotel guests would be a great added benefit and improvement for the hotel.
