“Not bad but not what we were looking for”
We got a good price and the host tried hard to make us comfortable. Free parking and clean rooms were positives, but the place is more suited for student barbecues and late‑night drinks than for a calm, relaxing vibe – at least that’s how we felt. We expected a more traditional Romanian calm stay. Unfortunately, the cellular coverage was poor and the host was unavailable for a long time. The room’s Wi‑Fi was weak and the mobile internet was slow. There were no window curtains, so the first rays of sun woke us up. The floor squeaked and the toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was overpriced and not what we expected. The rooms only had beds, a fridge, and a shared kitchen. Neither the sauna nor the spa bath was included; they’re extra and you’re told at check‑in. It’s on the outskirts of Sinaia, far from the centre and shops/restaurants, so you’ll need a car or a Bolt.
