The location is strategically close to Verona and the highway exit, the pool is nice, and all the staff are kind. The room was SUPER! Nothing to report.

A nice, spacious room with good air‑conditioning and soundproofing. The pool was very clean and had comfortable loungers. The area is quiet, yet still very close to everything.

The room was spacious and the air‑conditioning worked well, which is important when it's 40 degrees outside. However, the host immediately told us we couldn't have food in the room or the apartment we rented, only for an extra fee for waste and cleaning. That's ridiculous; it should be included in the price. The place is a pure cash‑only operation. Only after that did he provide some glasses, plates, and cutlery. There's no option to sit outside for breakfast or an aperitif. He does offer breakfast, but only inside a small room. It might be a decent B&B, but it's definitely not an agriturismo.
