I really liked how close it was to the place I was heading to; the cleanliness was superb and everything was very comfortable.

The breakfast area isn’t spacious enough for the number of guests, yet it offers a nice selection of snacks. The hotel looks good and is in a great location, right next to the shopping mall and close to Ibirapuera Park. However, the flat’s bedding smelled like sweat, indicating the previous guest’s linens hadn’t been changed.

The location is good, but the overall value for money doesn’t measure up.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the price and no services were offered. When I arrived, I couldn’t check in because the flat’s owner hadn’t given permission. I booked through Booking as a hotel, not a third‑party flat. After a lot of effort I spoke with the flat’s manager, who said they had sent me a message via the Booking app. I don’t use the app after booking, but they had my email and phone, so they could have contacted me that way. The apartment was empty, and everything required me to deal with the flat’s administration, not the hotel, and to pay in advance for any request—an absolute absurdity! That’s not what I booked.
