How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Because we were traveling by car, I couldn’t reply to the email about our arrival time as the driver, and only responded 15 minutes before we got there. Still, everything worked out well and the reception was very friendly. The mattress could have been a little firmer.

The room was bright and clean. There was no private parking; the only option was about 300 metres away from the hotel.

The place is simple, clean, and well maintained. Its location is great for reaching cities like Pisa or Florence and all the nearby towns, plus it’s very close to the walls of the beautiful Lucca.

The hotel is run by a very nice Roberta, who also prepared delicious breakfasts for us. Everything we needed was there, and most importantly it was very clean and comfortable. Everything was OK.
