“Good”
Good. Good
“I have a bias towards the hotel. I have always loved staying there but this stay was very disappointing and I doubt I wi”
The location was perfect for my event, and the buffet was decent even though the chef over‑salted my pasta. The rooms need deep cleaning; hallway carpets were visibly dirty and the air freshener left a choking smell. Bathroom edges held dirt, and the AC was dripping water—rooms should be checked again before guests check in.
“Pleasant weekened was had.”
I love the spacious room and the on‑site sauna, which makes it really awesome. It’s the first time I’ve used a sauna in Nigeria, so it’s worth it. Nothing else I could point out.
“The worst I’ve ever had”
I liked the location. So old and musty from the corridor to the room .Should Probably change their name to motel cause that’s what you get! Customer care was negative had to carry my 3bags up the room myself! Direction to the room ?(well you’ll have to figure that out for yourself) left the premises immediately after seeing the room . Requested a refund,2 weeks later no one is responding and zero communication from finance team since I left the hotel .!
I didn't get breakfast after paying almost 500k for a night. A bad arrangement if you ask me
