Getting the car back was a bit disorganized. Maybe we should have called ahead to pick it up. We waited a while and it seemed that others who came to retrieve their cars were served first.

Our 9 year old son enjoyed the pool and water slides. We had a few bad instances during our stay. First night the AC didn’t work well and the room was hot. The room didn’t have good ventilation at all. The second day we were hearing 2 workers chatting over the intercom in our room. Apparently they were testing it but it was not enjoyable. Then our last day there was a large bug in the bathtub. The staff handled each instance well, however we expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel. Also, parking is $68 a night

I loved the beautiful surroundings, and there were no negatives to mention.

This place isn’t a Park Hyatt at all; it’s geared toward kids and crowds, with no real focus on guests, and it feels too hectic.

The spa massage was fantastic, and the tiny coffee café with pastries added a nice touch; I appreciated the night lights that guided me when walking. However, the Sunday brunch wait was too long.
