The hotel is great – really clean, friendly staff, and the location is excellent. We had a twin room with bunk beds; it was really small but fine for one or two nights – we didn’t have a problem, but others might want to know in advance if they plan a longer stay.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at The Pilgrm while in London, and I need not say more – it’s convenient, comfortable, and economical. Add their breakfast to your stay!

The location is ideal, the hotel staff are friendly, and the bed is comfortable. The room is tiny; I knew I was booking a small room, but I didn’t realize how cramped it would be with no full‑length mirror and a shower door that didn’t fully open. If I were a larger person, I feel the room would be unworkable. That said, the location is super convenient, and it more than sufficed for a short stay.

Everything was great except the double room felt too small for its price. Overall, nothing else stood out.
