How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

Everything was very clean and the lady was very kind. On my second night she offered to cook Pho for me and also gave me breakfast, so I was well fed 😊

“¡NO EXISTE!”

The good thing was that they informed us they had moved and were no longer there, though it would be better to remove the listing from Booking so people don’t have to scramble for accommodation at midnight. They gave us until 6 am to find another place (I recommend “TAMCOC CENTRAL BUGALOW,” which is inexpensive, beautiful, well‑located, and offers the best value). The bad thing is that they left a message saying they’re gone, suggested a pricier place with bad reviews, and then stopped responding. At least they notified us; someone else was left in the dark. I insist they should delete or temporarily block the listing on Booking and stop offering the service.

I was waiting to check‑in at the hostel when the front desk texted me that they were closed and couldn’t serve me, so I had to leave.

“Went off of previous reddit reviews. Run by a mom & her daughter. Would recommend stay away.”

The location was good, but there were cockroaches, no staff to help, and the area felt isolated and unsafe at night.
