The place was neat and clean, staff were good, but the bathroom was shared.

Checking in was quick and painless, and the host responded fast to my questions even before I arrived. The hostel sits in a great spot: public trams are about 2 minutes away, the bus station is a quick 15‑minute walk, there's a grocery store across the road, and plenty of paid public parking. I booked a room with communal toilets and showers (male and female), and those were kept tidy; soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer were available in the shower area. The shower doors slide and cannot be locked, but the toilet doors can. The room itself was quite pleasant: fresh bedding, a towel available at reception if needed, and each bed had a private locker with a key. The temperature was comfortable day and night, with AC and a radiator for warmth or cooling. There was a seating/couch area and a kitchen, though I didn't use them. The entrance door is open/monitored 24/7, so if you get locked out someone can help. Checking out was even easier than checking in: you leave by 10 (unless otherwise arranged), pack up, and drop the key in the keybox at reception. Overall, very good 👍. The room was clean in the key areas, but the drawers under the bed had crumbs and some dirt, as did the private locker. Some lockers were a bit battered, so you had to wiggle them to latch. Food smells weren't strong unless you're next to the kitchen, but they sometimes drifted down the hall. The walls are a bit thin, so if you’re sensitive to noise, earplugs help avoid snoring neighbors. Still, it’s a bang for the buck (17 euros/night at the time of booking).

The check‑in/out was flexible, letting me leave after hours, and the bed was comfortable while the layout was well organized; the location is close to public transport with a great link to the city and the airport (just one bus and a 10‑minute walk), even late at night. The bathroom cleaning was a bit rough and there was a strong food smell in the common areas.
