How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The area is pretty good, the Renfe station is very close and the transport links are solid. The price feels too high for what’s on offer. The cabins themselves were not terrible, but the cleanliness and overall look of the place left something to be desired; there was a strong damp smell and it could use a bit of modernization and some renovations.

The staff were very friendly, the reception girls were lovely. The rooms were not what the photos showed, the sheets had never been changed, and the towel looked dirty.

The dorm concept is improved thanks to curtains or a door that closes. Good and handy for one to three nights. The team is cool, the bathroom and toilet are clean. Close to train and bus stations and 25 minutes on foot from the cathedral, the walls and the port. Worth experiencing. It gets hot in the dorm and better ventilation is needed. I find the price excessive for a night or more in an improved dorm with partitions; the price paid for a night equals a night in a good hotel in another town in the country. The problem in Malaga is that the supply is below demand, so prices are high across the whole hotel sector. There simply aren’t enough hotels in general and 2‑star hotels.

The concept is good, I liked it. The rooms are small and very hot, but what do you expect.
