The location is excellent, close to restaurants, tourist spots, and Termini station.

Very close to Termini station, the hotel can be reached on foot in a few minutes. It’s located inside a building with rooms on multiple floors. I use it together with another hotel in the same building when I come to Rome for work. The rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms, although a bit dated and showing some wear. The value for money is definitely very good. There’s no breakfast service, so you have to plan for the evening or use the nearby bars. The Wi‑Fi reception should be improved and strengthened; in some rooms it’s not fully usable, and in the evenings it has bandwidth issues when guests return.

The staff was very friendly, tried speaking in several languages so we could understand better, was efficient, explained everything, the room is pleasant, and coffee and tea are unlimited with a kettle and a microwave.
The location is good, but the mattresses were hard.

A walk of 10 minutes from Termini station, 20 minutes to the Vittorio Emanuele monument, and 30 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. The bed was too firm for me, though.
