The caravan had all the facilities and a great location; hot water stopped working, so I messaged Tony, who arrived within 5 minutes and was very helpful.

The van was nice, but it wasn’t cleaned well—cobwebs on the ceiling of the main double bedroom and under the bed, plus dust on the living‑room shelves.
