“Cama incómoda en un hotel precioso”
The building’s beauty and décor were nice, and breakfast and staff service were good, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows horrible, so we couldn’t sleep well on either night.

The historical setting was great.

The location and the historic hotel building were good, but our bathroom had a broken flush that ran nonstop, especially disturbing at night; we were told the issue was known and we weren’t moved to another room, which was critical over three nights. The mattress was sagging. We wanted to have breakfast at 9.50 h (available until 10.30 h) and found everything already cleared because they thought all guests were present; we received a limited breakfast after a wait and no apology.

The location, historic building, and staff friendliness were great, but the air conditioning was an issue.

Everything feels abandoned, and everything nearby looks old and in need of renovation. Preserving historical heritage is good, but it shouldn't be run‑down and uncomfortable.
