The spot was quiet, just a few minutes from the bus, metro, and several decent restaurants on the street. I liked the mini fridge in the room and the kitchen access; having a washing machine was handy, though it stops working after 6 pm so you have to plan around that. The AC and TV functioned well, showers had strong hot water pressure, and they supplied bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On the downside, the dryer didn’t work, and there was no place outside to hang clothes, so we spent a whole day trying to dry them. The room had hanging racks that made the air humid, and we didn’t want to open the windows because the room faced the sidewalk, so we ended up using the bathroom blow‑dryer to dry our clothes before packing. We also asked about leaving luggage early, but we weren’t told our room was ready, and there seemed to be a misunderstanding about storing bags before check‑in, so we waited 90 minutes in the facility hoping to leave our bags and were told no once we got there. The map should include the name of the baby clothing store, because we couldn’t pull up directions under the property name.
“Seguro, accesible y cómodo”
It was super comfy and accessible. The only thing is you have to get used to not having a front desk.
Location, easy access, cleanliness.
“Después de un viaje. Un lugar de remanso”
The entrance immediately invites you to relax, the cleaning is great, and the bathroom is very cozy.
“Muy buena opción para unos dias en Madrid.”
The access instructions were clear. During my stay I couldn’t use the kitchen because they were doing work on the ground floor, and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.
