“been there several times and will return - have told others about it as well”
The food was good, but the warmers should run on low instead of warm to keep the meals hot; otherwise, there were plenty of great options in a clean, nice environment. All good.
“I was satisfied with our stay.”
We skipped breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The location was great, close to the wedding venue we were attending, which made us happy. The air conditioner didn’t control the humidity well.
“Our stay here was so much nicer than the one we just had at the Super 8 in Storm Lake”
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great with an ADA toilet and walk‑in shower. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit seating for an evening gathering. We loved how close it was to Little Swan Lake Winery. The door didn’t close automatically, so we accidentally left it open while we were gone, but no harm done.
“Too expensive”
The fridge and my crowave were fine. The beds were old, dirty, and had nasty yellow spots.
“Not worth it...”
The only good thing was the location. Boogers and dirty walls, mattresses with dark brown stains, an awful room stench, even though we had a non‑smoking room, and a bathroom that smelled strongly of bleach. The shower floor was black, the bathroom was dirty, and a dirty cleaning rag was left on the toilet, as if the job was unfinished.
