“Ótimo custo benefício”

I liked the facilities and especially the location; a parking spot right in front of the chalet, the chalet was spacious, the private bathroom had a good shower, clean towels were folded and soap was available. I didn't like the bedding because it was synthetic; the sheet with elastic comes off the mattress easily, the pillows are all the same, the mattress rates a 5 out of 10, and the bed moves around a lot. The floor in the chalet was slippery, probably from a cleaning product. No one greeted us at check‑in and the same happened at check‑out. The reception conversation was on a cell phone until access was given that way. The address on Booking is incomplete, the name on Booking is different, and the “how to get there by car” button on Booking, both on Wazy and Google Maps, takes you to Chalé Canton in the Cascatinha neighborhood on a hill at least 30 minutes away from this property, so it’s far. We lost at least an hour trying to figure out where the accommodation really was because phone reception between the mountains of Nova Friburgo is weak. This could have been avoided if the address were complete and the “how to get there” button on Booking didn’t lead to another place. Finally, the person who answered the contact phone at the accommodation didn’t seem capable of handling this situation clearly and objectively, which delayed our arrival even more.

The check‑in was practical. In my case, the location was good. The place could use a bit more polish.

The space is good with some restrictions; the common area was small. Reception had no human contact, only via WhatsApp, making communication difficult.

The chalet was really spacious and roomy, but the location was far from tourist spots, right in an industrial area of Friburgo, and it was quite noisy.
