The room was a decent size and the bed was comfy, but everything felt very dated and tatty, and the hallways were absolutely stank of cigarette smoke.

The location was great, and the staff were absolutely amazing—they let us leave our bags in the room, allowed an earlier check‑in, and were super kind and helpful, looking out for us throughout our stay, though the toilet and shower are tiny.

The location was great, literally just around the corner from the train station, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was a good size with everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The lady manning the desk was helpful and kind, and there was no criticism.
