The place is in a good spot, but the room looked old and tired, covered in dust, and the TV was awkwardly perched on top of the fridge, forcing me to stand up every time I wanted to change channels.
“Enjoyed the stay and loved location”
I didn't like the bath step because it was extremely high off the ground.
Everything was perfect, and everything was also terrible.
The price was good, yet the room had a cooktop but no saucepans or frying pans, and while coffee and tea were provided, there was no kettle; also, there were only about 50 parking spaces for 168 rooms.
“Reminded me why I NEVER go to the Gold Coast.”
The hotel was close to the event we attended and the toilet paper was plentiful; the bed and shower were fine, and we managed to get extra blankets and a bedside reading light. However, the room felt like the worst in the hotel—shabby, unpainted for ages, clean enough but dated—and parking was a nightmare, even though they warned us about it, which we didn't appreciate.
