Hotel Royal Empirre Near PEC-PGI-PU-Sukhna Lake-Rock Garden-Rose Garden Chandigarh

This hotel is exceptional value for money. The staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble, and they will do whatever they can to help. I have stayed in many hotels across India over the past five years, during my visits here, and I can honestly say this is one of the very best! The restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed the food SOOOO much that I ate every single meal here for my entire stay. Never felt the need to go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff for your exceptional kindness, your care, and for making my stay such a wonderful experience. I truly mean it. I would happily stay here again just for the hotel alone. Love Chandigarh too. Everything was amazing!

The room was very good and comfortable. The staff were a bit thin.

The photos are misleading; the hotel is actually in Nayagaon, not Chandigarh. The room was dirty, right next to a messy laundry unit, and mosquitoes were everywhere, while the bathroom was extremely filthy. The staff misled customers with good pictures.

The staff were mostly professional, especially receptionist Krishan, whose customer‑handling skills made me feel very comfortable.

Everything was fine, but the hotel is a bit far from the main city.
