I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable vibe of the place. The staff were incredibly sincere and friendly. Even though it's not right in the city center, the location is super convenient—there’s a public transport stop right next to it.

The only thing I liked was the location, it was close to the place we needed. In the room there was a stale smell that made my child cough, so I had to open the window, but the windows had cobwebs and no mosquito net, and mosquitoes at night were relentless – impossible to sleep. The bathroom left a lot to be desired: the toilet lid was broken, as was the seat. 🤦♀️ We paid 1760 UAH for the room, which is just ripping us off for such conditions! At reception a girl was sitting with a dissatisfied face, nervous, and that immediately put me off wanting to stay there. In short, there’s nothing good about this hotel, unfortunately. 🤷♀️

Breakfasts and lunches are very tasty, always fresh, and very cheap. The downside is the lack of a microwave in the room and the poor picture and sound quality of the TV.

The location was fine, but the room was never cleaned in the five days I stayed. The shower leaked constantly, leaving water on the floor, and the toilet kept running as well, which was very disruptive.
