The location is good, but the proximity to the tracks and the lack of free kitchen access were drawbacks.

The location was good, but the room was next to train tracks so we could hear trains all the time. The bathroom outlet seemed about to come loose, another one in the room didn't work at all, and the TV wouldn't turn on.

The building was clean and very comfortable.

I asked for breakfast, but they said it wasn't available, even a coffee. The air‑conditioner didn't work and I suffered a blistering heat.

The place is convenient only because of its location; otherwise I have a lot to complain about. The air‑conditioner drips water, so if you leave it on all night you wake up with a flooded room. The rooms are very small, not to mention the showers. At 8 am we were woken by cleaning ladies in the hall trying to open every room to see which one was free for cleaning.
