I was close to the event I needed to attend, and the guy who checked me in was great and gave me recommendations for places to eat, but it felt a bit scary for a single older gal.

“Good small local place to stay in. Cozy room and friendly staff.”

The room was clean and looked recently renovated, the staff were quick and got us checked in and out fairly quickly, and despite being on a busy street it was surprisingly quiet and the AC worked perfectly; however, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet had a few dirty spots, and while nothing much else was wrong, cleaning the carpets and walls would make it much better; it’s in a sketchy area but nothing happened.

The room was small but up to date, the shower was very nice and updated, and everything was clean, though the bed was a little hard.
