We skipped the offered breakfast, but the menu looked decent. The house is large with plenty of space, making it ideal for families or big groups. It’s a three‑storey building with a lift, so older guests aren’t inconvenienced, and there are two parking lots. Free snacks and chips were provided. The estate has about ten units; residents are asked to keep noise down after 10 am. The location is close to the center, and driving around is easy. Level 2 has three rooms and level 3 has two; we only had seven people, so the owner closed two rooms on level 2. The wardrobe and shelves are dusty and need cleaning before use. Room 203 has two beds: one larger than a king and a queen bed that’s old and squeaks when turned; the mattress is uncomfortable. The toilet is too dark and needs more lighting for nighttime use. It’s odd that the owner still has a family photo in the house, suggesting they may have stayed there when there were no guests.
