“The stay was not pleasant at all.”

Staff was friendly, when they were visible. The room had ample space with plenty of room to make it nicer. It had an amaizing mountain view, close to where I was going. 90% of the time there was no water from the shower, we had loadshedding 2 times a days for 2 hours each, We were not given the wifi password, there aws no gate atendees most of the time and we had to open the gate ourselves. Because it was close to the main road, night time was very noisy, one could hear passing trucks and cars the entire night.There was nothing in the kitchen except for a broken microwave oven. We stayed for 5 nights but linnen or towels was never changed, we had to ask for our rooms to be swept at least

The staff were amazing, but housekeeping was absent. We left the keys and returned to a room full of trash, and the bathroom light was broken.

“Horror”

The location was close to petrol stations and a shopping center, but condoms were found under the bed. The kitchen had nothing, not even a glass for water, and the tap didn’t work. DSTV wasn’t paid for, the TV wasn’t smart, there was no Wi‑Fi, and the bed was as hard as a rock.

“We were not welcomed appropriately”

The staff were helpful, yet we were told the accommodation was fully booked even though we had booked online a month ahead, and we were given someone else’s room that had already left for the Easter holidays.

Too many rooms and no parking, they woke me up at 05h00 to move my car. It is also noisy, very close to the busy R37
