How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing positive. We went to collect the keys, looked around, and saw the exterior view; after checking the rooms we decided to leave without a refund from the establishment. I plan to file a complaint, I have the photos. We were just out of an operation, coming with young children, and we didn't want to risk hygiene. It's a shame to offer such a place for rent.

The value for money was good, the team was friendly, and breakfast was simple but generous. However, there were a lot of trips to and from the parking lot.

The welcome was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the room had a microwave at reception, the parking was large, and the premises were clean. The club or nightclub opposite our rooms, despite the TV, made all the noise; they left the doors open, it was hellish at 3 am and I couldn't fall back asleep—what a disappointment for the hotel.

I couldn't even sleep in our room. We arrived at night and the door was wide open, the sheets were dirty, and a little white sack—no idea what was inside—was hanging on the bunk bed edge. We left immediately, arriving at 1:30 am and leaving again at 1:34 am. I strongly recommend against staying here.

The hotel covers all basic needs, but don't expect a top‑class experience for that low price. The facilities are adequate and close to where I needed to be the next day. The only downside is the area is very noisy.
