“La más pésima y sin duda no lo recomiendo”
Nothing in particular. I had to find my own way to get gas, and there was no light; I had to bring my own light. When it rained, the room filled with water.

Honestly, the rooms don’t match what’s advertised. I’m mixed on the staff—some are nice, some are terrible. One housekeeper—name unknown—was super nice; if the admin sees this, give him a raise because he kept me from canceling the whole booking. The hotel is very noisy, with constant poolside activity almost every night. Breakfast was poor; the food can’t satisfy a toddler, let alone an adult. On the bright side, there’s always light, the AC works, maintenance is prompt, and there’s a 24‑hour reception. Security is solid with multiple levels of access.

The location is peaceful, I got good value for my money, and the staff were really nice. I received a complimentary breakfast for the lowest room tier, which I wasn’t expecting. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lounge music was very loud at night and there were no nets on the windows.

I booked the room, but it ended up being handed over to someone else, and that was the same thing I experienced.

The arrival went smoothly, but there was no water so I couldn’t shower. I tried calling reception several times, but the calls went unanswered, so I had to walk down to the lobby on my own multiple times; the elevator was not available.
