How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
1. There are plenty of acitivities for the kids - mini zoo, fishing (pond), mini playground/slide, bicycle, garden and brisk walk. 2. The Room is spacious and comfy. 1. when we arrived around 3.30PM, the Room was not ready yet. By right it should be ready, so we waited about an hour before getting the key and check-in into the room. 2. The water/shower pressure was low, we don't enjoy the shower experience

The rooms are spotless and come with a lot of amenities that aren’t usually found at a resort of this size. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of amenities; the family room was spacious. The air‑con was too small for the huge space, so a standing fan would have helped cool the room. Water pressure was erratic, making showering a bit of a comedic anxiety.

The building looks modern and the views are nice. In room 108 the floor sink was not level, so water stayed stagnant. There was no backup electricity in case of a power outage during thunderstorms.

The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for families 👍🏻, and there are plenty of beautiful spots to explore.

I love the nature and the many animals – ferrets, Brahma chickens, turkeys, pheasants, Silkie chickens, iguanas, Bengal cats, rabbits and a crocodile. We had a blackout in the morning until we checked out, but that was not the staff’s fault because the blackout covered the whole Keningau area.
