I had a fantastic time at this hotel, thanks to the excellent service from the staff. They were all super friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the bathroom - it was spotless. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The beds were actually really comfy, which is a plus, but the service was pretty bad. They even tried to charge us extra 3% for paying by credit card, which is just ridiculous. The breakfast was pretty basic, and they didn't even offer much of a spread.

Despite its unassuming exterior, this hotel is a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I was a bit worried about the noise from the road, but it was surprisingly quiet, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. My only quibble was that the room could have used a bit more natural light.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made up for the hotel's slightly out-of-the-way location. It's not a huge deal if you've got a car, as you can park right outside and it's only a 4-minute drive to the centre of Wadi Musa. Still, it would've been nice to be a bit closer.
