“This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 years.”

The only thing I appreciated was the view of the beach. The rooms and hallways were filthy, the air conditioning barely worked, and a strange, unpleasant smell would seep in every night from late at night until dawn. The furniture looked old and dirty, and the breakfast wasn’t suitable for international guests.

I only appreciated the view of the beach; the corridors and rooms were filthy, the air‑conditioning performed poorly, a strange unpleasant smell lingered in the hotel every night from late hours until dawn, the furniture looked old and dirty, and the breakfast options were not suitable for international guests.

“Very bad and big surprised this 5 star hotel”

The buffet restaurant was very good ( like mixed European and asian). Very dirty not 5 star hotel standart, like 3 stars hotel , the manager and staff can’t speak english

“Exceptional stay in a very nice hotel superbly located for a decent price.”

The staff were amazing, professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was beautiful, pleasant, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect, and the buffet restaurant was really good. On the downside, the room wasn’t very clean and needed some care.
