How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I could not like anything as when I arrived, after paying taxi from airport to location, we were told the place is not open! As such, nothing to like; I had to pay taxi to find another room and pay for the room and taxi fare to another hotel. I didn’t like being defrauded as I have paid for accommodation and did not receive the good/service I paid for.

I booked the place, everything was confirmed, but when I arrived they told me it was fully booked and there was no room for me, so I think that’s a big problem.

The pool was good and the rooms were big, but they could have cleaned them better.

There’s off‑street parking that fits a large car, a swimming pool, and a bale, and the hotel is very close to the airport. The single‑handed manager didn’t know we had a booking or that we were coming. The bedroom was okay but cramped. The bathroom pipes leaked, leaving the floor wet, and there were no towels, soap, shampoo, or toilet roll, nor any pool towels. The bins and ashtrays outside the room hadn’t been emptied, probably because he wasn’t expecting us. When we asked for supplies, he said none were available. It took a while for staff to get electricity in the room, we couldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi, and the porch seating area outside the room was shared with the next room.
