This hotel's biggest draw is its stunning view, but that's where the positives end. The property itself is not suitable for families, and the photos don't match the reality. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn't mention that they only serve pure veg food, and the facilities are more like a local lodge than a 4-star hotel. We paid a whopping 400 bucks per night for a room without a working heater.

I was really impressed with the hotel's service, especially Krishna who went out of his way to help me. The breakfast was always on time and the food was delicious, but I have to say that the spread was a bit limited. Still, the tasty meals made up for it, and I appreciated the effort the staff put in to make sure everything ran smoothly.

I was a bit miffed when I had to book two separate rooms for my family, which isn't something I'm used to doing. It's not like other hotels I've stayed at that cater to families with kids by offering a single room that can fit everyone comfortably. The rooms themselves were decent, clean and all that, but the fact that I had to shell out for two separate rooms just felt like a rip-off. I mean, I'm not asking for the Ritz, but a little flexibility would've been nice.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street was pretty relentless. On the plus side, the breakfast was top-notch - they had a great selection of pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. The staff were helpful too, especially when I checked in late. However, the room itself was a bit cramped and the decor was a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable enough.

The hotel's location right by the Lachung river was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which was a big plus. The food in the hotel's restaurant was also surprisingly good, with a decent variety of options. My only minor gripe was that the room was a bit on the small side, but overall I was really happy with my stay.
