The landscaping and grounds were beautiful and very clean. We had a small hiccup with the reservation, but the manager solved it quickly.

The property was amazing, the room comfortable, and the courtyard and pool inviting. It was a quick walk to shops and restaurants. We didn’t get housekeeping services, and there was no door rag to say “please clean room.” After a long day out, we returned to an unmade room, with trash not emptied and no fresh towels. We had to call down for towels and to empty the trash. At check‑in we were not told we wouldn’t get our room cleaned.

The spot is spot-on, just a block from the 101 north and south ramps and close to downtown and the historic railroad district. The hotel itself feels clean and charming, with a nice fire pit in the courtyard and a pool that’s a treat. Breakfast on site was really good, so I’d definitely return. On the downside, the bed wasn’t very comfy and the pillows left something to be desired. One night cost a bit steep, and parking isn’t included.
