The location is directly opposite the train station, just a quick underground ride away. The rooms were clean, and I didn’t have breakfast because I left early in the morning. The beds were extremely hard – I’m small and slept very little, and even my husband, who usually doesn’t mind, said the beds were too firm. Every door and light is controlled by a key card that must stay in the slot for the lights to work; when I pulled the card out to sleep, the outlets by the bed didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge any devices. I’m not sure how someone with medical devices would manage at night. Also, the stairs were inaccessible with the card, so I doubt an evacuation would be safe.

Everything met our expectations. The only downside was that parking in the underground garage was very expensive.

The location is great, right next to the train station and city buses. The AC doesn’t seem to work well, but that’s Switzerland. There was nothing to dislike.
