The breakfast was classic and the service was top‑notch, overall a solid quality stay. The only hiccup was the almost empty supply of liquid soap in the bathroom and shower – a small detail that could use a quick fix.

The view from the hotel is breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the staff were incredibly attentive – everything was clean and welcoming. However, the entrance is a nightmare; the road is in terrible shape and we were terrified riding our motorcycle because it looked like we could fall.

The vistas and the facilities are truly impressive – a real highlight of the stay.

Mr. Mario and his team are warm hosts, friendly chats, and the setting is peaceful with nature all around; it gets a bit chilly at night but the gear is solid. The downside was that the kitchen utensils weren't clean and the kitchen advisor could use some improvement, otherwise everything else was spotless.

The houses sit amid a gorgeous landscape, all in great shape, and any request is handled quickly. The breakfast, though, is just typical Colombian fare – it could use more variety and something a bit more interesting, and there's no small wardrobe in the bathroom.
