The ambiance and decor are nice, but the location is a bit farther than I expected and the elevator didn’t work.

The shower, location, spacious room, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and bus stop are all positive.
Room was excellent, neat and clean with all expected facilities

The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and clean with a refrigerator, and the bathroom had been updated. The staff were great, so I’d give the room a 10. Breakfast was continental, but a recommended spot within 5 blocks offered a better selection and variety of coffee. The facility was not conveniently close to the main attractions; we had to take a 20–30‑minute taxi ride to reach them, even though we thought we could walk or drive. The elevator was broken when we left, and we were on the second floor with a lot of luggage. Things happen, but I’d rate the location a 6.

The place was everything – beautiful, well‑maintained, staff were amazing and breakfast was outstanding. Nothing to complain about.
